By registering for and/or using the SaltInSocial.com services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.

2. Description of Service

SaltInSocial is a marketing automation platform. We provide tools for generating, scheduling, and automatically posting content to supported third-party social networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) via their respective APIs and/or automation interfaces where applicable.

3. Use of the Services

You represent and warrant that your use of the Services will strictly be in accordance with the SaltInSocial Privacy Policy, with these Terms of Service, and with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content, interactions, and automation rules you deploy using the service. You agree not to use the platform in ways that violate the terms of service of the third-party platforms you are automating.

4. API Limits and Third-Party Rules

SaltInSocial connects to third-party APIs. We are not responsible if these third-party services restrict, rate-limit, or ban your account due to aggressive automation, spam behavior, or violation of their respective Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to regulate the volume of actions generated by SaltInSocial.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms listed on the Platform. We may add new services for additional fees, or amend fees for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your SaltInSocial account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription via your Billing Dashboard.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". SaltInSocial and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
